Our Mission

The Ridge School seeks to be a learning organization that enables all children to experience success. A curriculum is offered to meet the needs of individual pupils in order that all children may fulfil their potential. Our aim is to produce life-long learners and responsible citizens. We strive to provide education that challenges.  We encourage self-belief and a determination to achieve personal potential within a caring environment.

Our Vision

To spearhead the provision of quality basic and secondary education in Ghana, and also to produce graduates who will stand out and fit anywhere in the world by: Focusing on academic excellence and holding both teachers and staff to high academic standards Embracing modern technology in our teaching and learning Consistently upgrading our teaching and learning materials to meet current trends

Our Core Values

Our motto: “Excellence, Humility, Service” – expresses how we seek to provide an educational experience that balances individual personal achievement with a broader awareness of one’s responsibilities as a member of a wider society. The School relies on a team of dedicated and experienced staff who, in co-operation with parents (a child’s first teacher), seek to fulfill our mission. Ridge School is a small school with a family atmosphere.  It prides itself in ensuring a pupil-teacher ratio that enables sufficient individual attention to achieve its mission.
